Got the diskless ELC into single user mode. Did a terrible hack in nfsnode.h
though: there is definitely an alignment problem related to the use of
quad's and the way the vnode v_data field is declared.

Sun's mount doesn't work to get /usr NFS-mounted. :-(
So I can't to much more than `echo *' (darned shared libraries...)
