	did couple of discussions locally, and got comments:
	- "sh" is unsable, as -Dsh is used in couple of places
	- renaming is too painful already (sup config, mailing lists...)
	so i'm going to
	- leave sys/arch/sh3 as is, and
	- split MACHINE_ARCH into sh3el and sh3eb.
