I've made cross-shel-netbsdelf package.  I'm going to send-pr it after
a few more test.  For people who want to try, it is at

Any bug fix or suggestions will be appreciated.

This package is actually a re-mix of saitoh-san's crosskit
(ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/arch/sh3/crosskit/), but based on
egcs-1.1.1 so that it gets along with the other cross compiler
packages.
