Early serial console slowness and reboot - cvs bisected

Ok, i run some cvs checkouts, and for me 

cvs checkout -D 20090210 src/sys - works

cvs checkout -D 20090211 src/sys - show this bug

where sgi-O2 - my config file, just GENERIC_IP3x with debug options enabled.
