Hmm, another possible problem is calling ARCBIOS for console
after mips_vector_init() is called and before crmfb is attached.
(IIRC OpenBSD guy said it was unsafe)

Anyway, it might be better to call cnattach() for framebuffer
from consinit() like sys/dev/pci/tga.c on alpha or arc.
