Hello,

two fixes:
crime_drv.so now actually waits for the engine before issuing line  
drawing commands
libxaa.so now uses hardware-assisted image uploads also when writing  
to off-screen pixmaps
With these changes dillo and fvwm2 work fine, previously dillo  
wouldn't display images and fvwm2 would leave lines all over the  
place when moving windows around.

This should take care of some graphical artifacts that appear when  
using certain applications but not all. Not even close. For instance  
xmms still looks very - umm - psychedelic. Playback works just fine  
though ;) Gtk2 apps seem to do better now but there are still plenty  
of issues.
Windowmaker now manages to draw the background correctly but the dock  
and window titles are still messed up.
