Sure.  releng is the more-or-less canonical place to obtain binary snapshots
of -current.  If the latest directory doesn't have a sgimips directory, that
means that either something went wrong with the autobuild or that the autobuild
has not yet completed.  NetBSD/sgimips has a fairly stable codebase at this
point, so the latest binary build should be fine.

No.  It's on my TODO list, but I have several other projects that need to
be completed first.

Both.  Plus anything that has to do with O2 installation from the mailing
