I've put an updated snapshot at ftp://ftp.rezrov.net/pub/NetBSD-sgimips/snapshot-20030919.

(Mis)features of this snapshot are:

* Improved platform-specific cache detection logic.  IP22 variants should
  detect SCSI devices properly.
* Fixed an odd r5ksc stability problem.
* Enabled gcc-3.3.1, which gives us a mips64 ABI target, which in turn will
  allow compilation of a bootloader for 64-bit-only platforms like the IP28.
