Only serial console works on ip32.  ARCS console does not work due to the
interrupt problem you noted.

Thanks.  However, L2 cache size should be calculated and sized in MD
mips_machdep_cache_config() rather than MI cache.c, using ARCS rather than
CP0, to keep things consistent with the way non-r10k caches are handled.

Otherwise, things get really messy.

My latest patchset is at http://www.rezrov.net/~wileyc/ip32-20030904 -- please
do not use any previous patchset (or, worse, an unpatched tree).  This
patchset fixes many bugs and is what will eventually be committed to the
repository.
