don't specify 'bf' here, or you won't be able to specify a different kernel
name. Here is what I use with NetBSD's bootp:
islates:rp=/home/sgimips:ht=ethernet:ha=08006906de17:ip=132.227.62.7:hn:sm=255.255.255.240

You also need a tftp server, NFS isn't enouth. The kernel will be loaded from
tftp.
