Thank you all very much for your answers. The o2 boots to the point
of asking for the root partition. I have two choices now.

A) Find a supported NIC.
    What NICs have been working?

B) Try to get an i386 or PMAX machine to build the disk to the point
where I can move it to the SGI, then build the device files on the SGI.
(Cheaper, but still no web server. Unless I can use PPP with a null
modem adapter  ; ) )

 Any suggestions?
