Yes, correctly, I took out the ex card, and inserted the fxp card the same
slot and used the same cable to hub.

And I inserted following 2 lines in MYGENERIC.

fxp*    at pci? dev ? function ?        # Intel EtherExpress PRO 10+/100B
inphy*  at mii? phy ?                     # Intel 82555 PHYs

Initial procedures were just same as ex card, device detection, initial and
mac address reading.
