configure error, sigaction not detected in libc when zsh compile

 I tried compiling zsh, in pkgsrc/shell/zsh, configure complained that
sigaction does not exist in libc. It seems that compat (dummy) symbols
are needed in lib/libc/compat/arch/riscv/sys/ as other ports
like below (aarch64):

 ..I think configure script should be fixed, though. Too rough.
