I have no idea how to talk to true rs/6000 style machines.  From what I've been
able to learn over the years.. they boot similar to a prep, but are
significantly less advanced.  (no residual.. not sure exactly what they need
for a bootloader.. probably the same.. but who knows)

I'm not sure what the C10 is.  It might be an early prep machine, but I doubt
it.  It would be interesting to see what it is though.
