Good Morning, My name is Greg Oglethorpe. I am writing you today to
inquire about your product for retail establishments.
SUMMARY: (for those of you who just want the nitty gritty)
1. WE ARE NOT TRYING TO SELL MANUFACTURERS /Wholesale Distributors
ANYTHING
2. We want the 3,200 (growing by over 200 per day) retailers to have
access to your products.
3. We want to automate the ordering process for our 3,200 retailers that
want your product.
4. THERE IS NEVER - EVER ANY CHARGE TO THE MANUFACTURER / Wholesale
Distributor
5. We ask that you give retailers on our network your very BEST wholesale
price on your product.
6. ALL 3,200 + retailers on the LISA network are "brick-and-mortars".
They have retail stores.
7. We want to help provide extra-special wholesale products for retail
stores using LISA
8. Manufacturers / Wholesale Distributors DO NOT HAVE TO USE LISA.
9. We will integrate with whatever software you have.
10. worth repeating.....
11. MANUFACTURERS / WHOLESALE DISTRIBUTORS DO NOT EVER PAY ANYTHING FOR
BECOMING A MEMBER OF OUR NETWORK.
12. WE WILL CUSTOMIZE A "TIE-IN" APPLICATION FOR YOUR BUSINESS TO
INTEGRATE SEAMLESSLY WITH LISA.
12. THE RETAILER PAYS TO USE LISA, AND IN TURN WE WORK DILLIGANTLY TO
PROVIDE THEM WITH QUALITY PRODUCTS AT
DISCOUNTED PRICES.
Let me tell you a bit about our system, and how your product plays a
role.
We are XiNOS Systems Inc. We have developed a Point of Sale application
for small to medium sized retailers. Our product is used nation wide, in
over 3,200 stores. Our Point of Sale application is unique in that it
ties small retail establishments together in a way never before possible
using advanced internet technologies. Our system was developed in an
effort to save the small retailers from oblivion by tying them together
and making them stronger. To this end, we have developed several new
programs to allow stores on our system "LISA POS" to "auto-order" when
items become low.
That's where you and your product comes in.
We would like to allow our 3,200 stores using LISA POS to auto-order
products from your establishment. We have approximately 2,350 stores on
our LISA Network that carry products similar to yours. I believe the
high profit margins of your product would allow for the stores on our
network to carry a product that would compliment their inventory, and
offer their customers quality, and value.
These approximately 2,350 stores purchase in the neighborhood of 7.5
MILLION DOLLARS worth of products similar to yours annually. I believe
your product could capture a signifigant portion of this market on our
network.
The way it would work is we would develop a "tie-in" system that would
allow your ordering system (provided you have one) communicate seamlessly
to our LISA POS systems. This system might simply consist of us sending
you text files on a daily basis containing order information to a
full-blown custom application residing on one of your data servers
receiving real-time data from LISA Network retail establishments. What
ever the technology solution this "tie-in" program is completely free of
charge to you. We would develop it as a service to you, and our network.
Stores on our network that set you up as a "preferred vendor" would
begin auto-ordering your products immediately, and of course when they
got low on the product they would automatically re-order through the
system.
We believe this relationship will bring a boost to your sales, and a
boost to the profit margins of the 2,350 stores on the LISA Network that
carry this type of product.
We ask that you offer stores on the LISA Network your lowest "bulk" rate
on the products you distribute. If you do not have a "bulk" rate, then
we ask that you offer stores on the LISA Network a 15% savings
on your product when ordered through the LISA Network.
Please feel free to contact us at your convenience to further discuss the
terms of relationship that will undoubtedly flourish.

I provided the link to help you better understand what LISA POS does for
small retail establishments. I hope it provides you with a sound
platform from which to make an informed decision concerning a possible
relationship with retailers on the LISA Network, and XiNOS Systems Inc.
Sincerely,
Greg Oglethorpe
