It depends on the license associated with those files. If it is the GPL,
then we can't use it. Basically GPL'd code requires everything it's linked
with at build time to also be GPL'd. To use those drivers, the whole
NetBSD kernel'd have to be GPL'd.
One option to pursue is to ask the authors for a dual-use license.
Basically it says you can GPL this code, or you can distribute it
according to a mre Berkeley-esque license. A few files in FreeBSD are
under such a license.
