I picked up a load of old OSF/1 manuals at a University Auction
for about 2 dollars.

Among them were:

Writing TurboChannel Device Drivers
Writing Device Drivers: Reference
Writing Device Drivers: Advanced Topics
Writing Device Drivers for the SCSI/CAM
Architectural Interfaces
Writing Device Drivers: Tutorial

They are kind of dated, but are in Excellent condition
They may be a good reference for those who are or might want to write any 
device drivers for the Alpha
or PMAX ports

The books are free for the cost of shipping

If you are a NetBSD core, commiter maintainer or developer and feel they might 
be of use
they are free and I'll pick up the shipping :)
