I strolled it a while picking up random pieces about DECstation or VAXstation.
One report brought me a grin, noting DS5500 PROM bug erroneously corrupting
Prestoserve NVRAM.

That could happen because built-in Prestoserve NVRAM was populated
adjacent to normal memory and the PROM makes destructive memory
probing at boot.  Oh, well...
