Donno.  My units have 3 large chips on top.  Among them, two are slik screened
with star shape logo of "PERFORMANCE" letters and "PACE MIPS"
designations. I can see clearly "PR3000A-25MQ160C" and
"PR3010A-25MQ160C".  The last one is ASIC ordered by DEC.   This is
25MHz module.   Black rectangler chip lettered "50.0000M" on back is OSC.
20MHz module should have "40.0000M" OSC.

33MHz module has a single combined chip (CPU+FPA) equipped with large
cylindrical heat sink.  I was told that it's NEC Vr3400 (3600?)  processor.
