Hi,

I got some confusing error messages during a kernel make on NetBSD 1.6.
Make complains about

	netbsd netbsd.ecoff
	file not found
	chmod: netbsd
	No such file or directory

I looked at the directory and found the compiled kernel file and it
worked!
So, what's going on during the make?
