i've set up isc dhcpd and tftpd. my decstation 2100 bootps to get its ip
addess and the like, but it seems to be having trouble with tftping
the kernel. the prom version is `KN01 7.02,' which hasn't been in any
lists of this works/this doesn't for booting via tftp.

here is the beginning of the tcpdump output:

any ideas as to what i'm doing wrong, or is this prom buggy? if the
prom is buggy, is there any way for me to boot this machine to install
netbsd other than by writing a disk image to a scsi disk with another
machine? (it currently has no operating system on it.)
