I have a permanently dying process blocked on NFS:

how do I get rid of it?

it is blocked on this:
aragorn:/usr/projects on /amd/aragorn/usr/projects type nfs

goldberry had this mounted while aragorn was rebooted, so I expected
some complaints, but it hasn't yet recovered.  ktrace on the ksh doesn't
show anything (it doesn't seem to be getting any signals).

how do I clear it?
