it's me again.
I've managed to copy the install.gz using nfs, and gunziped thanks to
linux, but I can't boot it ..
the install file is root-owned and 755 .
when I tell it to boot :
boot 3/rz2/install 
it replies 
"bootin 3/rz2/install ....
bad magic number"
then "enter kernel name: "
