Is anyone else having trouble accessing the netbsd packages system??

I can't seem to get to
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/packages/pkgsrc/


On an unrelated note, now that I've upgraded to the dreaded 1.5.2,
is there any accelerated (pmagb-b compatible) X server that works??
