Definitely NO --- and worse: Your keyboard may be destroyed now :-(
Test it if you can in another VAX or VT[2345]20 Terminal ...

The pinouts from the dsub15 connectors in VAX3100 and DS5000/120
are quite different. See

so you need to have this special cable ...
