ok, i feel like a complete heel here needing to ask this, but i'm getting
nowhere, so i don't see what choice i have at this point.
i want to hook the second (non-console) serial line of my DECstation 5000/125
up tp another machine. for some reason though i can't get it to work. i've
got it hooked up now that i should be able to tip into it and get it to work,
but for some reason i keep getting /dev/tty[abcd]: permission denied.
what am i doing wrong? and is that serial port ttyb or ttyc?
