I haven't seen this error before, since it's the first time I've had a
crash at the boot prompt. Usually it crashes inside BSD with a kernel
panic.
I've tried all possible memory configurations (I have 4 modules) and I
still get crashes.
Maybe all 4 modules are bad, or something else in the way to the memory.

It looks like your ROM monitor crashs to store something on
memory. Does it show the same symptom for minimal memory (soldered on
8MB) configration?
