NetBSD/pmax has never had wscons.  That's the reason why the 1.5
binary has no reference about wscons.  And, it's not certain this
moment NetBSD/pmax will contain wscons support in the next release.

(If you expect VGA style something for ttyEcfg, it won't satisfy you,
because VAX and DECstation do have plain linear true framebuffer, not
VGA)
