Linux Helper Box>
If your linux box has SCSI capabilities, you could write a disk image to
the hard drive you are going to use in the dec, than do an ftp install. I
had to download the pmax tree to my linux machine, and do an ftp install
from that, as the network I'm on uses dhcp, and I was unable to coax the
install to use that. It wasn't any problem setting it up with a
static IP so it could talk to my other machine. BTW, does NetBSD/pmax
support dhcp ip configuration on the install? I was unable to find an
answer in my skimming of the docs.

problem is installation, I have a Linux Debian box as my main machine, and am
having trouble. Is it possible to use linux as the helper boxen? or would the
quick solution be to grab a copy of i386 NetBSD install on another drive and
use that as my helper? if this is the case how does NetBSD got with using
Lilo the Linux Boot Loader?
