I use a Linux machine as my main station. I found the easiest install
mode was to set up tftp and boot the Decstation from it. This works just
fine on my 5k/200, I think the /120 is similar.

Once the machine boots I use normal ftp to fetch and install the
packages.
This works with the standard installation procedure.
