I've found the answer in an old message: video console can't initialize =
properly because a mouse is missing.
The problem was precedently notified :

Hi all,
finally I rescued a VRC16 multisinc monitor, so I connected it to the =
PMAG-BA adapter, connected also the a LK keyboard to the cable-adapter, =
I still miss a mouse...
So I changed the console monitor variable from 's' to '*'.
I restarted the machine, it loads the Netbsd boot and, after the =
windmill it begins to load netbsd, but it suddenly freezes after =
discovering some devices (scsi, if I remember well).
It still works well if I reconnect the terminal and set the console to =
's'.
Some advices ?

Franco Tassone.
