I keep seeing references to mop booting on vaxes/pmaxes
and while there is boot.mop in the VAX distribution under
netboot, there is no similar file for the PMAX.

I know the other alternatives for booting, but just want
to know what the status is of mop for pmax or how to create
my own boot.mop for PMAX.
