I had the same problem last night with my 5000/240. Following
suggestions here, used a scratch disk with the diskiamge file, booted,
ran through the install without complaint (installeing on another
disk), rebooted... boom(!) repeated traps. I found that even if I
"cont"inue it traps out again every few seconds.
I'm using the installation files from NetBSD/NetBSD-1.5/pmax/installation.
