Here is the summary of TC SCSI adaptor features.

- PMAZ-A
DS5000/200 builtin, or TC option card
	Slow/Narrow 5MB/s
SCSI transaction is done via local SRAM by PIO

- DS5000/1xx,2xx,xx builtin
ULTRIX sometimes calls it PMAZ-B, but hardware has no
	such TC ID string inside.
SCSI transaction is done by IOASIC DMA
	Slow/Narrow 5MB/s
	performs moderately well

- TCDS
DEC3000 builtin, or available as TC option cards

	300,400,500,700 Slow/Narrow 5MB/s
	600,800,900 Fast/Narrow 10MB/s
	PMAZB Slow/Narrow 5MB/s
	PMAZC Fast/Narrow 10MB/s

DU/Tru64 has support for Fast/Wide/Differential SCSI adaptor named
KZTSA. It seems a variation of "SIMport" SCSI chip implemented for
TURBOchannel. I have no further information of it.
