    This could be the result of sysinst brokeness, but try blowing away the
Ultrix "disklabel" first with dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/rsdX bs=512 count=8192
if possible. Ultrix file systems can't as of yet even be mounted read-write
under NetBSD, and the Install kernel probably lacks the Ultrix compatibility
smarts to handle Ultrix disklabels.
