DECstation/ULTRIX had such a convention that rz (disk and CD-ROM)
devices were numbered as SCSI #0-4, while tz (tape) devices as #5-6. 

Although NetBSD/pmax will accept SCSI #5 device as a disk, it'd be
better to have disk device with lower SCSI IDs.
