Hi all,
thanks to everybody for the suggestions giving about the current voltage
rate.
The power section of this machine seems ok.
Now I'm trying to connect a pc as serial terminal to the adapter marked
"3".
So settled for 9600,n,8,1 on com1 of my pc using Telix, and jumpered the
NVR, but no signal on the console.
The 8 red leds flashes for the various seconds, at last here is their
configuration:
(x means light).

Any hints ?
