Smooth scroll on a DEC VT terminal is pixel at a time, Jump scroll is
line/glyph at a time.  Smooth scroll really is smooth - like watching
water pour up your screen... wreaks havoc with high baud rates (okay,
so high for a VT220 is like 19.2Kb 8-) if your flow control is not
working correctly...
