Needing a new MAKEDEV that groks sd* devices for the MI SCSI kernel,
I visited ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD-current/src/etc/etc.pmax and
grabbed the one in there.

About line 167 or so, there is an extra line of double-semicolons
that causes "MAKEDEV sd1" to fail to execute.  Removing it makes
the problem go away.

MI SCSI kernel is now up and running ...
