That's sendmail at work, not anything that the NetBSD release is
explicitly doing, though it does seem odd to me that the compilation
runs sendmail -bi.  I suggest that the makefile be ammended to invoke
sendmail -bi with -O
DontBlameSendmail=GroupWritableAliasFile,GroupWritableDirPathSafe
