  I'm fairly certain this means that you have one or more of the following:
    1.) have no transceiver / loopback connected
    2.) are using 10Base2 (BNC) and don't have it terminated properly (50
ohm t-res on both ports of a BNC T
    3.) have no link
    4.) excessive network collisions from somewhere else on the network
    5.) wrong type / resistance or bad cable.

    scc is the serial controller, sounds like it doesn't like whatever you
have plugged into port 2. Whether port 2 is com port 2 on the back of the
unit or com port 2 the keyboard/mouse port, I couldn't tell you. I'm
guessing it is port two on the back of the unit.
