The 5000/200 and 240 both have a 25MHz TURBOchannel. The /25 has a 12.5MHz
bus. TC came in three speeds, 'half-speed' 12.5 MHz, a strange 22.5 MHz in
thinsg liek the DEC3000/400, and 'full speed' 25 MHZ as in the 5k2x0 , DEC
3000/[6789]00, and some others. 
The simms in 5000/200's and '240s are the same and interchangeable. 
processor speeds are 25 MHz both for the '200 and '25, and 40 MHz for the
'240.
