 3min, 3max+ and 3min have IOASIC in their TC slot#3, and IOASIC
controls a pair of (3min/3max+), or a single (maxine) Zilog SCC.

I found my Personal DECstation 5000 Quick Reference refers to 'if
more than one monitor, ...' phrase.
