Add two more to the count... I have one in a DS5000/200 (running Ultrix)
and the other is in my spares box...

I can't speak to whether they were DEC-internal or not... I only got
ahold of them after switching to DEC OSF/1, er... Digital Unix, er...
Compaq Tru64 Unix support.
