The problem is the new kernel-NFSD that comes with RedHat 6.0 / 6.1.
There were some discussions about that in the german NetBSD/VAX-geek
mailing list. The best solution is to use RedHat 5.2 instead of 6.X or
deinstall the knfs* RPMs of 6.X and install the old userland nfs.
