Bugger, bugger, bugger.

This would have been from when we planned to ship "install" as an ECOFF
binary since all forms of booting supported ECOFF kernels.  But at some
stage the SCSI bootblocks stopped being able to load ECOFF, so "install"
went back to an ELF binary and "install.ecoff" was shipped as well...

I'll have another look at the bootblocks, but in the mean time I'll fix
the install notes and request a pull-up so that it doesn't slip between
the cracks...
