Yep. But I understand Michael Hitch has patches, ready to go into the tree,
which allow this kind of `snap-off'. If they go in before 1.5 and get
tested, we can ship them `on' for 1.5.

The hard part is reworking the sii driver to do MI scsi.

Its not clear (to me, anyway) that it makes sense to ship MI scsi on
the 53c94 machines, and the old 4.4bsd scsi on the sii machines.
(nb: 1.5 will include support for the 5100 as well as the 3100/2100).

Think what that'd mean for the install docs, for starters.
