I wrote the 1.4.1 'diskimage' to a CD (using 'cdrecord' on a DU Alphaserver), and was
able to boot all the way to sysinst, using an RRD42 with a DECstation 5000/200.

It seems that if "someone" (Simon?) could make a version of diskimage with the
installation tarballs in it, we could have a bootable CD installation disk for
NetBSD/pmax 1.4.1 available immediately.
