port-pmax: backspace in X

Hello,

	I have a DS5000/200, running NetBSD 1.4 with a 1.4.1 pre-release
kernel. When I run X, i can't use the backspace key in some programs,
including those made with GTK and lesstiff. My traditional i386 fix for
that doesn't work on the pmax, so I was wondering if anyone knew how to
fix this? Will fixing this break backspace for xterm and others that
currently work?
