It is orphaned because you probably commented out the ``include
"arch/pmax/conf/builtin.3100"'' line a little above it in the config
file.  (The sii controller is used in the DECstation {2,3}100.)  So, you
should comment out the "oldscsibus*     at sii?" line, too.
